  The lobby is impressive, and the breakfast buffet is expansive and tasty. The location is convenient. The staff are also wonderful, scrupulously polite, and very helpful: While the concierge was busy today, one of the front-desk staff took the time to walk me through the hotel to a side entrance just opposite the entrance to the building where i had an external meeting. And the room service staff took the time to call me back to ask to double-check if I wanted balsamico on my salad as there was already dressing and it wouldn't taste good. However, the rooms are getting tatty. The fabric-covered headboard of the bed in my room was stained and off-putting, while the fabric-covered lampshade just next to my head was raggedy and beat up. In the bathroom, the faucet in the sink leaked so much I couldn't use it without floodng the entire area.

  Very confortable. Good service. Hotel conveniently located. Good international food.

• Fantastic front desk services

  I’m a serious trouble sleeper, so I was trying to get my room far far away from the elevator or either major street. I was late here and of course there’s no that kind room available for me, but front desk lady(a sweet lady) who named Rita Liang, she was trying so hard to get me a nice quiet room, finally she upgrade me a massive big suite which is very quiet, that even feels like she saved my life haha. Thank you very much Rita and her phenomenal front desk service, definitely come back again! Great SPG hotel in the area. Thanks again!

• Great hotel

  Great hotel with excellent service. Location is decent - there is a shopping mall just across the street. The mall’s variety is limited though and more up-market. There is also a row of restaurants and cafes next door including Starbucks.
  
  Rooms are good sized and with separate shower. Water pressure is good. Beds though are a little soft (I prefer firm). We managed to get inter-connecting rooms for the family which is a big plus. Breakfast buffet spread is excellent and staff very helpful (for eg the staff used his own Didi app to get me a car during peak hour and there was no taxi available).

• Disappointing quality for a 5 star hotel

  I travelled on official business. the room allotted to me was odd shaped, toilet was not cleaned properly, furniture quite dated. All in all a very unsatisfying experience. Expected more class and style from Westin brand
