• Fantastic location and even better service

  We recently spent 4 nights in a Club Room and the stay could not have been better. The location is perfect, walking distance to The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Also really close to restaurants and nightlife. What made our visit so special though was the exemplary customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff on the 17th floor were so helpful, organising trips and pick ups and Ms Olia Li, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage was simply a delight... looked after us so well and made sure that we were taken care of by her staff. We will most certainly return to the Grand Hyatt Beijing!!

• Good location!

  Good location with close proximity to wangfujing, shopping mall and subway. Also near to tiananmen square, forbidden city and many eateries nearby. Convenient transport via subway to various places of interest.

• Great hotel

  We stayed for 7 nights. The room was big and confortable. The pool no doubt is the best in Beijing, was realy relaxing after tiring Beijing sightseeing. The location is the best, closed to wanfujing steet and tube station. You can choose a good selection of both traditional western food and chinesse food for breakfast. If you plan to visit the forbbiden city the best way is to ask at conciergerie to buy the tickets for you, that saves a lot of hasle.
