Our three day visit was okay. While most Chinese hotels spend a lot of $ on an impressive lobby the rooms were dated and needed a refit to match the lobby. Little English was spoken amongst staff ( that’s not a knock I guess I should know some Mandarin) and trying to get drinks in the bar was trying. A rum and coke was delivered flat, no ice and was really warm and beer had to be asked to be cold! The rooms were okay but the bed was rock hard and after 3 nights our hips hurt. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and served with hospitality. We ate one night in the restaurant with the moat and the food was terrific and local and very enjoyable. Overall the hotel needed a good shake it seemed.

While rooms are clean and a decent size, the hotel could use a facelift. The gym is very small with limited equipment and space; main restaurant where breakfast buffet is served is quite dark and dated.
Quiet location; a couple of supermarkets across the street, Starbucks next door.

This is a nice hotel in a good location, close to sanlitun and close to subway. Rooms are in good condition. Staff speaks english however not the friendliest staff I have met in Beijing hotels. Wifi could certainly be improved.

Visited and stayed in the hotel during an official trip to Beijing. Accommodated at 13th floor. Rooms are small but clean. Hospitable staff without knowing international language English, that created communication gap. What I wanted could not be done without an interpreter which is also not available. If they claim themselves as par with an International hotel then they must have english knowing staff. Otherwise people like me, come-stay-go keeping their mouth shut. Nobody was able to tell tourist places to see because they could not properly communicated to us. Very difficult to use Google translate that's too in offline mode as Google is banned in China. Secondly, hotel do not exchange Indian rupees in Yuan?? ,On the contradictory name of the hotel is Asia Hotel. They are only exchanging US Dollars, then the name should be US hotel !! Food was good obviously with Chinese flavours.
