Especially Helen Pang and Lily were very helpful and welcoming every day remembering how I drink my coffee etc. Also helped me to navigate Beijing during my stay making calls for me to find out how to best run some errands. The room itself was spacious, modern, well equipped with air purifier, bottles of Voss mineral water and very generous on Q tips and cotton balls. High quality brand ( Le LABO ) of shampoo/ body wash provided.
The food at their restaurants on LL floor was excellent and service was impeccable.
The staff was well trained, from the doorman, to front desk to the room service staff all friendly, helpful and courteous.
