  We spent 2 weeks at this hotel. It was not our first choice but we had to find another option after our first was shut due to the 70th anniversary march.
  It was lovely, the staff were great particularly David at the front desk, Scort (sic) and Cathy the manager. They were all very good with our 5 year old son.
  We had a problem as someone had been smoking in our room and they changed it with no problems at all.
  The pool area is terrific with a big main pool and a small pool for children. The gym is small and can get busy but has everything you need. Swim hats are compulsory as in most Chinese hotels but you can buy them for 25Rmb from the pool reception.
  Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have experienced but is a bit more expensive at 128 Rmb each but the hotel is situated on edge of the CBD and there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants and Walmart is 15 minute walk.
  Metro stations are handy again about 15 min walk while taxis are plentiful and cheap.
  The only slight issue we had was on arrival they wanted a very large deposit (twice our total bill!!) but we got it all back on check out and if it rains you must get an umbrella from reception and they request a 100 Rmb deposit.
  All in all a great stay and would definitely stay again.

  I really can't find anything to complain about.
  Staff are friendly and helpful with getting around town. It is located at the CBD which means it is very convenient if you're on a business trip. I was there on a holiday but did enjoy the convenience of public transport. Taxis are cheap as well.
  Rooms are clean and spacious. Huge spread for breakfast and changes everyday which is good.
  Did enjoy my stay very much! Thank you team!

  I actually stayed back at 2012. It's the best hotel i've ever stayed. Spacious room, great location, ATM at the lobby, TV on the bathtub, very professional staff. The only negative i can find is they only have EDC at the lounge, so when I ate at the restaurant and pays with credit card, I have to go to the lounge to pay it.

  Great hotel. Good location for possible centre access by taxi as well as busines travel on the east side without too much queues.
  Service quite average. Taxi booking ok if you pre-book but expect to wait a while if you try to get one on the fly.
  Room very good with big bed. Cleaning ok except the carpets that were worn and not very clean. Too hot in the rooms for my taste (24-25 degrees) and AC was not really working.
  breakfast - not good value for the money if you expect a western / european breakfast.

  Very lovely hotel in business district quite near the CCTV HQ building, this is proven very useful since most taxi drivers speak, say, only native language.
  The room I stayed are fitted with luxurious massage chair a very welcome addition after a long day of business or touring Beijing by foot.
  Nice pool, very good restaurant, whilst it is not cheap hotel it is highly recommended.
