However, I was disappointed that the “King” bed, that I booked, turned out to be a queen bed. Receptionist said rooms had just renovated and booking website did not reflect accurately. The newly renovated rooms were located in the other wing which was quite a walk from the lobby.
The room was also relatively clean, but the room was stuffy. We did try calling the maintenance to take a look but he said the aircon was fixed, so there’s nothing he can do. The toilet bowl also had mild sewage smell coming out.

Convenient location but aged interior

Singapore, Singapore | Dec 21, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesHotel is located conveniently in the heart of Wangfujing street. 5mins to walk to the malls where lots of eateries available. Also near to Dengshikou subway which is less than 10mins walk.
Interior was aged and old. Seriously need to upgrade. TV offers a range of china programmes and also few sports channels and HBO.
Room aircon was bad and not working well. Make the room abit stuffy. Luckily I was there during winter so the cold out there make the room slightly better. Cannot imagine if my stay was during the summer.
Bed was hard and shower needs to upgrade. Conclusion: for its location, still can consider to stay if one is not too fussy about.

Our property has actually begun early last year some enhancements of its public areas (Still on-going) and also some renovation of the second wing – which has been now completed. Main wing is now our main point of focus: therefore All the TVs have been changed as well as all our carpet floors which is nearly replaced on every floors.
Your comment about the comfort of the bed has been well-noted and we’ll put your preference into our system for your next visit. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have instructed our Housekeeping Team to check the mattress condition and also: this specific room has been scheduled for immediate maintenance in regards of the Air Condition and the shower.
