I will be arriving earlier/later than the stated check-in time. Can I still check in?

Usually this is not a problem; you can arrange for an after-hours check-in with most hotels. However, you should always confirm with the hotel. You can use the "Special Requests" box in the booking process to inform them of your estimated arrival time in writing. It's important to remember that the property can't always accommodate these requests. It's always best to check with the property directly and in advance to avoid confusion. You can contact the hotel directly by calling them, the local telephone number you can get from Nehow's Local Guide after you finish the booking.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

A late check-out can only be arranged with the hotel and usually depends on availability at the time of your stay. You can ask about the possibility at the front desk upon arrival.

    Singapore, Singapore | Dec 12, 2025

Stayed here two nights with my wife and toddler.
We were upgraded to a suite as i was a discovery black member. Therefore the room itself was huge.
There was a bathtub with jacuzzi, lots of mineral water free, coffee machine. They also provided fruits on our first night which was a nice touch by the hotel.
When we checked in, we were freezing from the cold weather, but the hotel had prepared warm red wine for the check in guests at the lobby.
Taxi ride from the airport was around an hour and costs us around 50 SGD.

Location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city. Very convenient to walk to Tiananmen square, Forbidden City, WangFuJing street for shopping. Even to Qianmen is also within walking distance.

The only letdown during our stay was the breakfast buffet. Spread was alright but the taste could have been improved.

Otherwise it was a great stay and would definitely consider coming back to stay when i am in Beijing.

Hotel Room: 5 Stars (Huge room, with bathtub)
Room View: 4 Stars (View of ChangAn Street)
Service of Staff: 5 Stars (Helpful staff that brought the luggage up for us)
Lounges/Restaurants: 3 Stars (Spread was good but taste did not match up)
    Room Service: (NA)
Location: 5 Stars (Walking distance to major attractions and shopping streets)

If you are a fan of heritage building including the luxury service it can offered, Beijing Hotel NUO is the right place for you to stay. The hotel itself has been standing for more than 120 years but the condition is still at its best. The service is excellent, food is nice and the room is warm during cold seasons in Beijing. Its location is perfect, just few minutes walk you will arrive at the famous Tianmen Square, Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street. A recommended place to stay while you are in the downtown Beijing city center.

    Vancouver, BC | Nov 26, 2025

I wanted to stay within walking distance of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the National Museum of China. So I treated myself to a little pricier hotel than I usually stay in and it was so worth it! The staff were warm and welcoming and spoke good English. One of the ladies in particular went out of her way to greet me whenever I returned to the hotel and did what she could to make my stay very special. I received an upgrade to a suite which was amazing.

The breakfast buffet was one of the largest I've seen with plenty of European and North American selections along with Asian offerings. Great coffee and elegant decor. There is a large indoor swimming pool which was empty when I used it. The beds were large and comfortable with great pillows. I could not have been more pleased with my selection. I will definitely treat myself to this hotel again.
